Why do we say “hyper-local?” Because “local” to the USDA means food that was grown up to 400 miles (643 KMs) away or up to 1,143 miles (1,840 KMs) away if you’re in Canada. Our food is grown less than 10 KMs (and often within walking distance) of our customers.
